How bizarre! I was just thinking of my own bucket list, then I pop over to TW and lo and behold, there's a thread there already!

Must say I'm surprised at the brevity of the current wish lists - either you've all done plenty already, or you're ancient and know you've only got a few years left :P

Brian - That really strikes me a strange ambition - or are fast jets and tanks in that list? I could see the pull of piloting a tank, but a diesel freight train? That can't be fun.

Enough babble, my list...

1. Write a song (not bothered about it charting - just so I can get an idea of just how talented you need to be to do it well - something like this - YouTube - Proof - I Am Kloot would do me nicely).

2. Get paid to write an article/do some photography (again, just the once, it's not a career ambition).

3. Get a letter published in Viz (or a top tip at least).

4. Own a 911 Turbo (993 or earlier).

5. Pwn the Coder on a technical post (not really, but I'd like to be in a position where I'm knowledgeable enough to challenge him on technical issues, or at least be able to discuss them - see number 7).

6. Get my body fat % down into single figures.

7. Become Dr Perry Cox (then I could use my PhD to mislead wimmin into trusting me).

9. Learn to count.

10. Go for 1 year without alcohol.

11. Go for 1 year fuelled by alcohol (actually I've already done that).

12. See the northern lights.

13. See my parents retire to warmer climes.

14. Learn a foreign language (German looks easy and would be useful).

15. Live in another country - somewhere warm, or Canada.

16. See Kraftwerk live.

I think that's enough for now. Should have that lot rattled off by Friday

If you manage to do #9, #8 will probably take care of itself. If you manage #10, I would guess you'd have all bar #4 and #7 cracked too
