Default wifi bridge

hi can anyone help me plz got a wifi bridge for my sv 7 conected it to router computer put in disc and set it up all fine but what do i do now havnt got a clue tried leaving haf in router and usb end in sv7 nothing is tyhere something else i need to do ta

The USB port is for flashing and recording nothing to do with router you should have an adapter that goes in the RS232 slot

You dont leave nothing in the router mate...

Once you've put the disc in, open the software, connect your bridge to your pc/laptop (USB Is power) and choose your router and enter your key etc...once it says done then put the ethernet cable into the port behind the starview, and put the usb in behind the starview as well...Nothing goes into the router...

Remember that the USB is to power the bridge up..

done what u said m8 only got one ethernet port on pc and wireless not workin does it need a feed from net im not getting the option to choose router or anythin else the disc loads up fine whenn i open it and search for devices nothin ta

The wifi bridge effectively converts a wireless network signal to a wired one. To do this it has to use power. This can be from the USB socket of a device or from a PSU. If you are using the PSU, to save you having an extra PSU in your setup, provided it's the right voltage you can use the loop facility. This is how it works.

Have you plugged in both the usb lead as well as the ethernet lead?
