Channels such as SkySports keep going on and off at random times. Is this normal? If not, how can I stop/avoid this?

yep normal mate.just reboot ur box every time it goes off for longer than 2 mins and it should come back on

Reboot it as in just switching the plug on and off or rebooting and scanning?

just put in standby for a minute,should be ok

serious guys,its not bad but 3 times scrambled message come on,only for 30 seconds max,must be my wires or summet

no complaining though
