Well, we're technically not in recession but in the recession hangover phase if you want to call it that. I thought that the fans meant for ATX cases didn't have a USB port?

Ok. We are hanging from a recession
![]() ATX case fans are 12v DC while USB are 5v Opened up the DM, and attached fan to 12v connector for internal HDD Sweet as a nut !

It's not the prettiest thing in the world. But yes, especially on HD channels.
The fan has a 3 speed switch aswel, I keep it on low that way it's silent.

I've found Amazon to be quite expensive a lot of the time tbf, for lower end stuff. Most of my purchases for purchases under a fiver are from eBay
