they tend to break down/get noisy after a few months ,,, buy a few , stick them in cupboard for supplies.
or put them on ebay for non forum members to buy ![]()

These can also be used with other devices that lack USB ports as you can get a USB mains plig and a USB 4/7 port hub pretty cheaply. Thats what I use.
Of course this is not just restricted to dreamboxes but anything that needs some cooling Even if the fan stops working (or you find it too noisy and you unscrew it) , then these can also be used as a stand to provide some ventilation from underneath a receiver so that you can acheive maxium life out of the product

The cooler has been on 24/7 now, started getting a little noisy, but cured that.... Stuck another 70mm brushless fan on top. Will upload pic soon
