dm 800 hd transferring a recording on internal hdd to pc

is this called streaming ? I do not necessarly want to do it live simply move the movie, football match or whatever file from box to pc so I can put it on a disc or usb stick to play on any pc .I have the box connected to pc / and router as I use lines and loaded bouquet with dreambox edit .I saw a tut on another forum but it was not for dm800 . Is there a simple way to do this .
