lol, its actually the other way around - they pair the card to the box. Pairing info on the box is fixed and never changes.

so i there a way where i coould have a virgin box in 1 room and another in another room and use whatever box i want with the same card? coder your the man...

not with another virgin box im afraid.
long answer involves shed loads of reading/learning/luck
having read around the forum,,, if you had box type to achieve relevant info you "could" place it in another type box .

If I'm right in thinking you want to use 1 box with a paid working card in one room, then take that card out and use that card in another box in another room? If yes then just take the box and use that in the other room with the working card still inside.

im a lazy sod , dont want to be moving box's round, thought i might of had a sollution .

A simple solution might be something like a video sender. All you need to take between the two rooms would be the remote. I use one of these things to watch TV upstairs whilst the box itself lives downstairs.
