Got the right net id got latest firmware. sports channels work fine its just the discovery 1s that are unwatchable. Both sig and qual are in the 80's
My area is notts, Wondered if other peeps are doing the same ??

Ok after you updated your box with the new firmware, did you factory default the box to empty. ??

Menu >> installation >> factory default >>0000 >> press ok

Ok do you have any splitters on your cable or is it a direct feed from wall to box. ??

If it is split try direct to box and see does that fix your problem.

only splitter i have is from the main feed from under ground which then 1s my net and other goes to KV box

Ok well maybe after the Jan firmware is switched off things hopefully will get better, i would also check that the splitter you have is a good quality one and not a plastic one.

clio1 got a link to download the kv.a780 manual come out the same date as software where can i put it 4share link

splitter is the original ntl put in over 10 years ago, and its outside so will get a new 1 as may be worse 4 wear, was ok with my a700 tho.
