Default Scrambled

Hey,guys!
I been getting connection issue since last night with my Starview 7.
For some reason, when I put it on a channel it plays for a while then it freezes & shows "scrambled" & it takes ages to come back.
Is there a server problem at the minute?
Anyone else having this problem?
