Help Please
when i try to put the new bin file v3.2.00 in i keep getting a message saying the downloading is not requested, does anyone have any info please

I had this problem last year and just had to keep trying it over and over until eventually it worked.

hi m8 turn box off at back , then start update then switch back on as soon as uve hit update

sorted now
i put the box in the computer tower and it worked right away,
must just have problems when i use the laptop.

I would say your comports where not set up on your lappy.

i think so as well ant way got firmware in now just done a factory reset no channels now and no s/w update to be found (menu - instalations - no s/w upadet button) any idea
