I have a Nokia C7 which is locked to Three.

I took it into a shop I have used before to be unlocked and they told me that they are unable to unlock it due to the software.

Does this mean I have to go through Three? I have just spent the last 20 mins going through their automated bloody lists and being passed from menu to menu without actually getting to speak to anyone.... Aaargh!

Question one they will ask is why you want to unlock for a code they give you on ebut from what i remember you have to pay £25 one of fee! do it only if its worth it! yopu can write a letter also. and then they supply you with a code to enter into the phone.
