OK i have just rescanned my box to update all my channels and the movies channels are all a bit buggered.n
There is a screen that now says welcome to sky movies, these channels broadcast 12, 15, 18 cert movies etc.....
Press RED and please enter your pin.

OK so what now? Obviously i dont have a pin. So is there a way around it? A tut would be cool.

Ignore them and move the channels up and down till you see a TWIN channel with "Hid" at the end of name.

ie > Sky Movies Action will be Sky Movies Action Hid.

More like SMActionHID, but that's the general idea. If you have a dbox you can create a "myservices" file to rename the channels back to what they should be
