Also carrying on from Gadgets advice, have you tried using a suppressed power/plug adapter. this will take out most noise caused by mains power supplies or you can use a cheaper option,Graphite rings, which can when wrap round most comms and power leads, suppress some noise.

Yes you were spot on pal. I had my router next to KV box, when i took it away, the glitching stopped almost instantly.

Glitching, no more. I've sourced the issue I've been having. The DBs I've been receiving down the Pipe was around 61dbs so causing an issue with my modem, it should of been lower than that. around 40 or lower, I've add 2 line filters 1 10db forward path and a 20db return. I'm now recieving a clean signal and no spikes or signal outages. This is maybe...not what most TWs are experiencing, but I've resolved my Bandband issue. but keep I'll monitoring.
