horrendous glitching

the post here about glitching which is a lot better today i think. can we stop the investing bitching he only hopeing to get a good service arnt we all

glitchin as been bad over the last couple of weeks hope am right but i say 99% glitch free today. k.v team thanks

Stoney I've managed to aquire a small gadget to measure data coming down the pipe. I've place the instrument between the coming ethernet and the KV box. I've connected the data logger to the PC. The trace I'm receiving corresponses with the glitch, but the glitch isn't caused by a lost of signal or data, but a high level spike.Which causes a momentary outage to the Modem At the moment I'm trying different inline filters to take out the spike. I'll let you know my results

I am getting terrible glitching on Sky Sports 2 and thats the channel where the champions league is on tonight! Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

your not going to fix it,you've got to wait for the kv team to fix it properly.

if you cant live with the glitching get a sub.simples

its looking good have it on past 30 mins no glitching check ur connections perhaps turn power mode off see if it helps reboot evrything if all else fails.

Could be a chepo splitter causing the problem as well if he is using one.

Not if its been fine like mine all day, then all of sudden the football comes on the starts glitching like hell.
Every 10-15 seconds it glitches then sometimes even says scrambled channel or no video.
It ain't no splitter causing this is the crappy KV service

think he just got home like the rest lots of boxs switch on around the time of is post things are ok for me more and like for him now as is not been bk
