Default Help Channel F up!

Hey guys

Sorry if there is a post relating to solving this problem or already a topic out with the same problem. But i was looking for a quick fix and was looking for everyones expertise to help solve this problem.

The problem is i have all the chnannels but where as before it was 101 for bbc 1 etc the channels have gone over into the 1000's with BBC1 having multiple copies with none of them working.

Ive tried to rescan but it seems to have no affect and was wondering if any of you guys have the fix for it.

Thanks for reading, im also sorry if there are numerous topics like this, as ive been around forums before and know how annoying it can get with having the same topic over and over again posted in different forms!

go to menu installation 0000 factory default after that turn the box off at the back for 30 seconds, after that on the screen that comes up easy installation choose auto press ok, next screen you get

Provider goes on the top leave the channel search type set at NETWORK and just press the green button, after this you will get a list of NET ID choose the one closest to you, if you know the net id use that then press ok

next screen you get will be a list of transponders if your see below

1 already exist
2 already exist

Thats is normal just leave it after its finished it will then start going thru the freq on each transponder and bring the channels in after that get ethernet cable connected making sure you have the April firmware on your box should say 24042011 to check >>> menu >> system info
