I do not pay VM for tv, so they only supply the basic and free channels. Think the package was called "free tv" many moons ago. I split my BB feed using Homeplugs, they have worked well so far.

u can try just internet cable modem to box no router other put your cable feed on the out not in then rescan helps signal out its your home plug whats your prob by the sounds of it

As ' stoned_face ' says, prove what it isn't then find what it is, direct wire Ethernet with a rebooted router, what happens if you take your Homeplugs out of the equation ?

BTW, nowt to do with the ' free TV ' package you are on mate.

Think we are at cross purposes. I did not have a problem (apart from KV being down ), I just wanted to make sure my box had the latest software/firmware loaded. Have done what was suggested on here and have some extra channels SS1, SS2, SS3, ESPN etc.
