Unhappy Problem programming Funcard to Samsung 2100c

Hi Anyone

I am having a problem programming mu AU funcard 4 to my Samsung 2100c box
I am just getting a blank screen on the channels I should not be getting. Does not say unsubribed channel.

I am using the following

Programmer: Phoenix infinety Card: Funcard 4
Software: Rh v1 Swap bin hex.
Jtag lead and Samsung debug tool to read BK and IRD from box.
NSC coverts nagra serial code to IRD. Matches the one from JTAG.
Pure NTL area.

I have removed battery and re soldered. changed password. and net ID. Removed TB.
Checked engineers menu Frequency and ID correct.

I have follwed all the instructions as in the tutorial. I have Place the IRD backwards and forward but no luck. However I do get the BK as being all '0'. is this a true reading. How can I check to see if my readings are correct from JTAG.

Normal free channels everything elsa blank.

Appreciate any help.
