Hi people,

i've uploaded the new firmware 4/28/11 onto my a780. When i check my system information it says h/w version 3.0.0 date 18/05/2010.

I can't get no channels when i search. Any ideas?

Maybe the box is not connected to the internet and if it is then probs your router has failed to assign an IP

if it fails in searching for the channels then perhaps your using the wrong NET

if it is none of the above then I would check your connections and also check that your line is active via the VM supplied STB (set top box).

i get channels 1,2,3,4 but no sky sports etc...., im stumped at why i download the latest firmware it does not display this in my system information.

Its definitely connected to the internet and recieving information.

Is there a specific order of installing?

Ive done restore factory default, deleted channels, installed new f/w(4/28/11 un patched) and searched for the channels..... ?????
