Hi Guys im new to the site but im hoping i can get some of your help.
Im wanting to buy a new laptop that has a HDMI output on it as well as being reasonably quick for some games such as football manager, sims and also browsing. Im looking to spend upto £400 on it. The issue i have is, as i want to be able to connect the laptop to HDTV via HDMI output. I have a TV that runs full 1080p and another that runs 1080i (cannot run 1080p). Ive done a bit of research on this and some people say that laptop HDMI outputs only run 1080p other people say it doesn't matter. Im looking for a bit of a Yes or No clarification on it as to whether or not it affects it and if it does, which laptops that support both 1080i/1080p outputs. And Possibly a few suggestions with links on which laptops would do the job for me. Obviously i'm will to come down on the specs a bit to fit into my budget. Many Thanks, Josh |
