Hi
I have a 4001n Pace box that just has 0 channel displayed no others. The only way I can boot up my box is if when powering up I hold the the 2 channel keys simultaneously and wait until I see boot then let go. I have removed the jumpers on the battery for a few minutes then replaced hoping it would scan for channels but no luck. Any ideas. Cheers

Try rebooting without the card, there could be a fault with the chip, make sure none of the pins are touching, and are soldered on properly
