pin on pace box

i dont have a pin for my pace box, ive tried going into the engineers manual to change it but it just says its disabled in the pin section and wont let me change it how ever there is 4 stars where the pin goes. any one know how to get the pin enabled again?

This works in Pure NTL - Pull the jumper for 30 seconds and put it back, then go back into the Engineers menu and you should be able to set the PIN

its the little red thing near the battery slacky, pull it off for bout 30 seconds and it resets the box mate.

will the box stil work as b4 when reset or wil the card need reprograming?

should work the same i think u shouldnt need to reflash the card or anything.

I think with the pace boxes, you cant view the pin channels anymore, because it will not give a option to put pin in, this coz of virgin update.

Has anyone got movie channels working on there pace box yet? or does your pace box ask for a pin code?

Pace boxes work OK here, request PIN on movies and smut, then clear channel after PIN entry. Pure NTL (Ex Diamond Cable)

Very Strange, its happened to 1 of my boxes, and couple of other people 1 know in my area.

i did my box a couple of weeks ago and I've got a black+yellow epg (pace 4010)will not let me put in pin,yet i did my mates box (pace 4001)about a week ago and he gets a old epg the blue one and gets all the movies and smut..........Mmmmm strange indeed.
