Transponder - it means transmitter and "responder

- a transponder is attached to objects [ what we call channels ]
- the transponder receives a signal [ interrogator ] on one frequency asking for information
- then sends the requested info on a different frequency
- by sending on one and receiving on another the trans / ponder can be detected simultaniously

By receiving and transmitting on different frequencies, the interrogator and transponder signals can be detected simultaneously.

Finding extra transponders or channels on a scan is nothing to do with Se*** that is down to your provider nothing more.

It is, and it's the case that they were fairly static for many years. It is the case now that they seem to be changed each and every month and have been for most of the last 12 or more months.

It started when they shovelled frequencies around to make space in preparation for the huge new influx of HD bandwidth requirements, added to that was all the extra channels and the massively duplicated plus [+] stuff.

As stated down to provider not KV and an ongoing ' norm ' now.

You are off it again - read what I wrote, I agreed with you that:

- its nothing to do with KV

I never mentioned :

- a server [ ser*** ]

I did say:

- its down to Vir&in and outlined the increasing speed with which they change frequencies / transponders

Get back quick clio cos I'm going out. You have a bad habit from time of going off half cocked and interpreting things wrongly.
