N*L Update Pure areas - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

just heard N*L are updating the Pure N*L areas and causing some problems to some boxes. Some channels lost and 2 lights now showing on box. Anyone else having problems. Maybe this is why I can't chip my box.

No problems here, also in NTL area, only the problem you might get is the movie channels on pace boxes, will not allow you put pin in.

All works here, Movies and smut channels allow PIN entry and clear the program - Pure NTL area

Yep, Pace 4001's using the A/U funcard files on the gmail drive

I checked with a M8 last night and his box works fine but it does not have the updated VM software, it's still all NTL branded - I wonder if the updated firmware is causing the problems.

Ive got a samsung N*L box. Went off on 1st May after new programme boxes/menus appeared etc. Would like any advice on what i can do ? Thanks.

Are you using a T2 card? im still waiting for the new image, if you have got the ird and bk, best bet would be to program funcard, you can get a funcard from Lincsats nick nacks thread.
