I have had a kryptview 780 for a while, but have had no channels for a long time yet everybody is saying the channels are back, are they or arent they? at the moment I am having a problem I have set it back to factory settings then gone to automatic search but it does not find any programs it says complete exit and it wont go back to channels it stays on setup page can anybody help

have you updated your software on the box? auto update?

i tried a while ago and nothing happened, left it on for hours still no go i will try again thanx

ok I did the update and it worked, then i set it back to factory setting, then i did automatic search then it says finished network search then it says complete exit then it stays on setup page can you help
