Hi guys. Wondered if you could help me

I have a starview 7 box which is not working. It states that it is not connected. However the network connectivity is fine as I can ping the ip of the box from a laptop on the same network. I have tried to re-flash the box and factory reset, but it still doesnt work. I have another box which works perfectly using the network/cable feed etc. Anyone got any ideas?

Install the latest firmware showmustgoonv2.12 and make sure you have typed 1819 to enable

Yeah, I'll try that mate, must admit ive not installed latest update and also must admit that it says this might happen in other posts on this site. That will teach me to read all posts prior to asking... sorry guys

they have not all been switched over as yet but you will eventually lose connection

guys MY MATE WENT ON HOLIDAY FOR 2 MONTHS JUST BACK TRIED TO REFLASH HIS BOX AND IT SAYS NOT CONNECTED! V2.12 LDR 01.13

I HAVE DONE MANY NOW I HAVE TWO SAME HOUSE BOUGHT ABCK TO MINE AND STILL DOES NOT WORK ANY IDEAS???I KNOW ITS THE LATEST SOFTWARE!!!!

Hi,
I have the same problem, sv7 on 2.12 f/w, all free view work but 1819 no luck, when change channels on bottom of box say NOT CONNECTED. I left it all night , I have tried all the usual solutions like rebooting & factory reset but still nothing. no luck. but on the same place/wires the other sv7 work fin,
PLs Any help what will be need to fix ?

Still no joy with this box. I went to his last night, we followed all the instructions but still says not connected.

I've brought the box back home to see if it'll work for me as he thinks it's something to do with the net.

ARGHHHH
