sw update
I have been trying to do an sw update on my kryptview 750 the update started downloading and quickly went to about 98% and seemed to get stuck there it has now been on for two hours and has not moved is this normal?

I am doing the one that is on the box, it says sw update so i pressed that one with my kryptview 780 that was all I had to do and it downloaded in about 5 minutes, is there something else I should do i flashed it with firmware 30/01/2011 then I chose sw update on the installation menu
