My Starview 7 has just gone down & showing not connected.
I have tried all the usual solutions like rebooting & factory reset but still nothing.
I am in West Bromwich.

Anyone else with this issue?

Hi,
I have the same problem, sv7 on 2.12 f/w, all free view work but 1819 no luck, when change channels on bottom of box say NOT CONNECTED. I left it all night , I have tried all the usual solutions like rebooting & factory reset but still nothing. no luck. but on the same place/wires the other sv7 work fin,
PLs Any help what will be need to fix ?

just not long ago got up plugged SV6 in and is on new firmware and works first time watching boomerang+1

Had the same with M8s box, nothing would connect, I just redone the sw from usb and done everything from the start and all working again.

Seems to be quite a few of these similar threads. People should probably try reading around a little before making any more !
