Probs with xbox and sky player

Hi guys I was wondering if and of you guys have this problem when I put a channel on the sky player my screen goes blue like there is no xbox on I can hear the channel but no picture, turn the tv over say on another hdmi channel and back again the pic comes on!! It don't seem a big deal u all might think but it's every channel I turn on to and it's getting on my napper!!!
