Hi guys, i only seem to be getting FTA channels today. Factory default and scanned for channels but no change. Is everybody else getting the same??

only getting all that came with last update and all that were on b4 update have gone off in east middlands

Did you try a reboot of your router and your box, as there is no reports only this one of the channels not working, if they where off there would be lots and lots of posts, also check virgin media website for outages.

Seems like many have complained about channels being down in West Yorkshire, Midlands etc. I don't know what's going on.

Seems just the freeview channels are working atm.

If they are working in other areas, it sounds like an area problem, i suggest people check there providers website first, you will still get FTA regardless, so if net is down or cable is down in an area this will effect people.

I lost patience yesterday, At The Races was on my bedroom subbed box, couldnt get anything apart from BBC and ITV etc in living room on Kryptview, rebooted router and box but scrambled channel message still there so went to the pub and watched the racing. Channnels back functioning today, as per channel list so alls good again!

Apart from an excuse to go to the pub...... erm

i cant get e4/itv+1/sky2/sky living/disney channels/ these all dont work for me.

others seems to work fine, also i dont seem to pick up playhouse disney. which i wanted for my little boy.

shame the fta ones dont work tho.. umm

from teesside netid 00010.

or do you rekcon my router is blocking it? other channels work tho so i would of phased that one out.

If they work for other's they work for all, only prob i can see is your signal maybe not strong enough on that TP maybe, where did you get your net id from ?? your subbed box is where you should be getting it, then you know you have the correct one.

there not bk on yet there the last channels were waiting for
