Default is this ture

just got this from another forum can any say its ture.
i'll tell you something that is FACT, both the SV and KV boxes will be doorstops within the next 2 months i have recently come back from portugal working on a project for kudelski and i can tell you now that they are about to implement major changes to the way the rsa process is handled, its a big step forward in the way the card and box are linked and will put end to current sharing methods, with the new rsa system and inability to dump the keys which KV and SV teams currently both have,(yes they will be changed) it will be game over for a least a 12 month before anyone will come close to working out what has been changed, and it will be going out on the vermin network

Even if Kudelski released something in two months or so, then it would mean that it would be up to VM whether to buy the new encryption or not. Then there's the fact that they would have to send out lots of new cards out, when they've already done so not too recently. Possibly by 2016, we may lose our boxes for good but not in 2011 imo, unless something happens like bankruptcy, jail, raids etc...

Also, if we can get 12 more months then it's value for money, non? If you consider that (supposed) faulty receivers were selling for around £100 on eBay when the KV's were down, then you've "lost" possibly around £60 on the initial cost. If you then consider that these receivers have been around for 12 months, and a supposed 12 months more then that is value for money really when you consider what you get. If you consider the cost of a receiver being at £160 when you bought it, £75 when you sold it(counting in fees etc...), then that works out to cost around £7.08/month for the first 12 months and if we've got it for 2 years, then it works out as £3.54/month

Even if you decide not to sell your receiver, and you've got 12 months/24 months out of it, it's still a good deal as you technically paid £13.33/month for 12 months or £6.66/month for 24 months

That's pretty good value really.

Also could you tell us which forum you got the information from?

Oh deary deary me, that's a rip off. That means in my case I would have paid £1:17 a week for my channels instead of £28 a week for a full subbed box, terrible .. .. .. I'm crying all the way to the off licence.

I suppose it's possible there would be a Roll-out of any upgrade, however, I guess it's just someone making predictive posts so that if something does happen, they can post "told you so".
