Default Channel Editor? Starview HD Combo

Hi guys

Just got my SV HD Combo connected to sat, and got like 700 odd channels on the scan, a lot of which are blank or foreign. Is there anything I can use to sort the channels? Group them into entertainment, sport etc like Sky does?

Searched thru existing threads but nothing conclusive!

Thanks in advance

Hi

Save your current channel search and put this file im attaching on and see if you happy with it. Got favourites sorted into a few categories. Not my work but picked it up somewhwere.

Alternatively there is a channel editor but its a bit of a process timewise.

Regards

Edit: Tried to attach the UDB file in rar format but wouldnt let me upload, send me your email addy if you want it.

Hi Mark

Good that it helped you out. You can have a bash with the channel editor I sent you to get channels and favourites exactly the way you want thats if you got time to play with it otherwise if you happy with the channel list I sent you then just stick with that.

Regards

a guy called bytemaster created a really good list over on k**s forum.... theres a few of these channel lists about and i guess its down to personal taste which is used. by each end user.

so if anyone else wants the same thing have a look on the above mentioned.

those in the know can work out where bytemaster hangs out!!, i didnt want to anger the mods by mentioning another forums name directly!!

regards dave
