Technomate 5400 channels mixed up

I have a 5400 super with a motorised dish. I have not used it for around 6 months as i had an issue where if i scanned the astra satellites, after saving the settings if i browse throught the channels they were not from just one satellite. I now thought i should address this issue as i want to use the system again. Any ideas? i have done a complete factory reset and still no joy.

Have you gone to the Technomate Web page you can download a loader programme and channel lists, also other satellite sites sometimes have different lists.
If you return the Technomate to factory settings it should reload all the Satellites and channels.
I have just reloaded all FTA on 28E for use as a "Freesat" box and was surprised how many channels I could receive, at least I could move them into an order I liked!

are you sure its not something simple like the sat list reverting to "all satellites" as these boxes are prone to do press sat button after scanning and check.
