Has anyone changed a casing on a Iphone 3gs? got a crack in mine.. casing only costs couple of quid on ebay but looks well akward to replace..
Shall i give it a go or get it replaced from a shop? |

How much is it to get it done professionally? If it's 20-30 quid I'd say do that, otherwise you're trying to pop fragile connectors off and peel back glued down ribbon cables.
On top of that, it can be a bit of a pain assembling it all and making it look right, without having dust and debris on the screen, fingerprints on the digitizer and a general "not quite right" feel to the phone afterwards. It's a relatively easy job, just very fiddly. Best avoided IMO. |

Yeah its hard 2 get all the dust out of the screen but you can do it.
