New firmware (SMGO2.21) for the SV 6/7 has been released ,suggest wait until checked.

hi, i put in the new software and it gave me a box number ************ and it said box not registered and not connected please advise

It's been reported on another forum that after loading and doing the full reset/scan/1819 etc, that you need to remove power for 5-10 minutes and then boot up. I have not tried this myself.
BTW, it's on the Bigmaq toolbar

Hi All,
As I stated a while back, updated numerous boxes with SMGO2.12 and back online fine. I have 4 SV7 boxes that were not updated with SMGO2.12 and now showning not connected I will try new firware on these boxes and report back Also should you update all the other boxes with new firmware Taz |
