Default help needed

KV was working ok yesterday went to bed last night got no signal message on every channel so decided a rescan was neccessary but to no avail but the first rescan was showing 51 transponders and after getting nothing i repeated the rescan and now only get 7 transponders and whats even stranger is when i disconnect the cable feed i still get 7 transponders

any one any ideas i am in the central belfast area bt6 if that helps still no channels have tried the vermin website and it says status is green

Happened to me about 2 weeks ago Craigy and im BT17. Did factory reset. and rescanned for channels and nought happened. Went to the pub and next day it was working fine. Strange one!!

cheers hud noticed they have been out working on the terminal boxes at the end of our road thought they had maybe cut the feed

well if u pay subs they Havnt cut ur line, if u don't they may have, or else a splitter or connection has gone faulty?
