Login Message " Not Registered Box "

Hi All,
Updated some boxes that did not have SMGO firmware prior to new 2.21 update.
All im getting is blue box saying - Login Message Not Registered Box
Box No. xxxxxxxxxxx

Is there any fix for this

Would a box to box transfer from a working box help etc

All and any help appeciated

No fix, only if starview will allow the mac address's to access the server

no point doing a box to box transfer, it will only copy data and wont alter its mac address

just wait to see what happens,,,either they will unlock the server or charge for a connection
