hey, since the channels went down i have never had E4 going? i updated the firmware and rescanned and almost all other channels are working - except E4 ? which the mrs keeps reminding me on a daily basis

is everyone else on the same boat or do i need to do something to get it back?

p.s thanks to the TW board and the KV team for getting things going over the last couple months
