Hi All,
I have been reading all the posts and prob like most very confused... Can any of you more clever users post clear instructions on exactly how to use the SV Support 1.01 prog Also, has anyone actually used this service and got channels back up and running Thanks Taz |

Hi All,
Looking at the new Starview Support 101 Programme... Were it asks for Serial / Box No. is this the refrence trhat comes up on blue screen or is the a bar code on box etc thanks Taz |

It appears they are asking for the serial number or Box number of the product that you are looking to get support for. A SV6 or SV7 will have a Box number, an LNB will have a serial number. I would thing that if they need any other info, then they will ask for it.

Contacting SV am today using new update, no reply as yet...
1. E-Mail address - Entered my Yahoo E-Mall adday 2. Product - Selected SV7 from drop down box 3. Serial / Box No. - Entered box number that is shown on blue box that comes up on TV screen 4. Problem Box - Entered " disconnected from server etc " Can any of you good people confirm if this is correct procedure Thanks Taz |

perhaps u have one of these cloned boxs they are talking about so u may not get on Mc Tazzz.
