1 - is urs a former tellypest area?

if so manually input (or if u have set my location use that) input on service scan screen the following info:
network id: 40961
frequency: 539000
symbol rate: 6952

and then try a fast scan.

2.what image is ur box running?

How can I change it ?press dbox button on remote, then go to settings, then to service scan - make sure it says scan for services - all services, bouquet - leave current, cable provider sym6952,

fast scan - on - underneath that u should see network id, frequency and symbol rate - input as i mentioned in earlier post and then start scan. give that a try

Many thanks in anticipation of your reply.

Regards

Does the sportster image have Emu's and Keys in it? This has been discussed in a few posts. Could just be a case of changing ucodes or you may need to install Emu's and keys

I would recommend a UK image with the Emu's and keys already installed.
