Hi all, I need help, When i go on the internet i keep getting a window tab and a small black popup with the date on it that pops up and its doing my head in, How can i stop it?????????? This is what pops up..

You've got spyware from a website you visited. Install Spybot Search and Destroy (Google it).

Also consider installing Microsoft Security Essentials, which is free and works as well as any anti-virus software.

I would suggest that you do the above as suggested in regards to installing Spy bot and also install AVG as well, if you need the keys let me know, as I use it to get rid of spyware and what not.

Another good software to get is '' Mal ware Bytes'' which I have heard is really effective as well.

can i advise you download avast free edition it is by far the best free antivirus around it negates the need of spybot and allows you to do a boot time scan which is extremely effective

sorted it, it was a firefox addon i got 2 log my keys....
