does anyone know where everyone has gone from here because theres hardly any replies to threads just lately and i dont know what im on about properly to answer all questions

It seems most users come on here, grab what they want and leave - not many stay and help.

what can be done about this problem? if all the get what info they can and run ever need help again dont help them. im sticking around to help as soon as ive learnt a bit more, not going good for me at the mo! the the box mod im practicing, i got the di4001n n cant do it cus i need to buy a led simm so im sticking to the 4000/4010 cus thats jtag anyways, what can be done about the problem at hand?

We are still here just invisible, can't do much about new members doing a google search and posting 1 thread and disappering, were still here so dont worry,

I think it would make things easier if new members read the threads before posting, as most of the new threads are been repeated.

But things are changing tee with the cable world, there will be problems always to conquer, so in the end these ones that come and go for info, thats it we shouldnt respond to threads. altho there are alot of repeats there are somethings that are new.

this is problem we have had since tech-tronix days, there sint really much that can be done to combat one post members/leachers. The mods arent asleep, we are aware of the situation and have been for some time now.

There has been many improvements over the last few weeks where the admin has dealt with some issues regarding moderator rights. Mods have also been give power to ban any indivdual who bsically takes the **** out of the forum.

We could act like other forums and put our militant head on, but where will that get us, people come here because they know they will get help, some of these peole may be new to forums or new to the net, but in other forums if you ask a stupid question you either get banned or get told to use the search facility.

At techwatch the search facility is there for the more experienced users to use, but if a newbie wants to ask a question that has already been posted then whats to say we cant hotlink the answer to his problen the and already posted anwer in another thread
