Seems to be working perfectly today after a power off over the night, maybe when i changed the scart i should of powered off for full effect and then restarted!

just to add, howto check the net ID pls for Herts..would it be the same as Norwich?

Off the list of net ID posted on page one off this thread, choose the one close to your area, Norwich is probably the wrong one to use for you.
If you have a subbed virgin box you can get your net ID from their,

Using your subbed box... Not the KV box.

Press the home button on your VM remote control.

Go to settings.
Then trchnical stuff.
Your net id is the first item on the list.
And let us know what provider it is as well.
