Default flickering

hi guys

in the mornings, channel 5 tends to flicker in terms of colour..going from a high brightness to a darkness for a fraction of a second, this continues for a good couple of hours! And then sometimes in the evening on all channels when a dark scene appears, i can see horizontal lines going through the screen.
I have checked my connections and all are secure and internet by 02 ha always been good if dloading or not, any suggestions on how to make an improvement please?

Thanks adam

I think its down to your connections rather then anything else. Check that its connected / replace faulty cables if needed too.

Bent pins or faulty scart lead is the problem or change the settings from RGB to CVBS or vice versa.
