I think its already been said but there's no point changing the MAC on a box as -

1/ Each MAC is uniqely paired to an RSA certificate.

2/ The server is probably on the lookout for duplicate MAC's and will likely ban all duplicates it finds. As you cant clone a MAC without cloning the corresponding certificate its safe to ban all boxes with that MAC - the original MAC owner was obviously complicit in the cloning.

so everone knows now that they can get all channels back to the list by just doing a box back to back and a data download channel transfer which no one as told us yet but the prob then is they dont work but all the other do now i down graded the box to fta still the same. as i like to scan joke i noticed when u scan now what ever channel u get on any id in your box other net id the channels all work that in that list even tele pest networks if your in c/w now this is new old days you get 4 or 5 channels at most

hi coder not trying to change anything just saying if u short the box the mac add in it u will not lose

Its not the mac addy of the box i was referring to, its the mac cert that would be lost as it is already, and no amount of shorting or flashing is going to bring that back.

hi peeps got all channels bk just got email of mate i give one of the boxs that lost some channels he in telepest and am in c/w and he got all channels so peeps with same prob take your box to other net id and scan from there let you know if they stay on box when it come back
