Default laptop reboots itself

Hi
I have a acer 5520 & just recently everytime I try to watch bbc i , itv player & 40d, after about a quarter of the way through the laptop reboots ? any idea why, the laptop is not hot or even warm.

check the memory modules and disable Auto reboot from the control panel.

As now instead of restart you will get the B SOD and that will tell you what is the issue.

So take one out and then boot the laptop and see how that goes and do vice versa with the other one.

The problem seems caused the software not correctly configured and/or the hardware issue causing the buffer overflow.

I would suggest reset the Bios default, reseat the memory, reintall the latest chipset driver for the mainboard, reboot, then reinstall the latest VGA driver.

Also, reinstall the latest software that causing the auto reboot may help.

I would also suggest disable the "auto reboot" option in the computer properties, advanced, startup error section. We can deselect the auto reboot and select the write to log option.
So we can see the error log that causing the reboot then.
