hAVE SEArched the forum, but could not find the answer i need. Can anyone please help me ??

I can watch KV for about ten mi Srambled or no video. If left alone, programme comes back on after about five minutes. Have done factory re set, new scan etc, still got the problem. Help !!!!

Have no probs with either desktop computer getting on line, or my lappy.

Is this box a new box or has the problem only just started? Have you got the correct NetID for your area?

Pretty sure i have the right netid. The boxis abut month's old.

Check your modem and router connections as i had that problem as well laptop was ok but has a liose connection going into modem and knacked my kryptview up

Thankyou for all your help. I think the problem may lie in my wireless router. Going to connect KV directly to the modem later and see if that helps.

Check your signal strength and quality as well, then try it on a channel with a stronger signal to eliminate a signal strength issue.

A wired connection would definately be a useful thing to try as wireless connections can be very problematical, especially if multiple people are attempting to use simultaneously.

Do you get any problems on non encrypted channels like BBC1/2 ?

If yes, then it would point to a signal problem. If no, then it would tend to indicate an internet associated problem.
