Default Monoblock LNB help

hi iam new to this so need some help please
i have a dreambox 500s ans a 90 cm fixed dish with monobloc
but cant seem to get astra and hotbird at the same time? (i have to move the lnb up to watch some channels and drown to watch other channels?)
i have hotbird lnb in clamp and astra lnb a little higher
can any one help plaese

I may be wrong but I don't think you can have such a big difference between SATs on a monoblock.
What you are describing means the arc is out.

I think the max is 6 Degrees. 13e and 28.2 is too much. ( I think, I may be wrong)

I assumed it was Astra at 19.2 E and 13E that was required?

it is m8 when i got the lnb the shop told me it was all set and all have to do is set the dish at hotbird satellite and it would work but it dont want to
i can get some channels like bbc1 bbc2 but no itv or itv2 untill i move the lnb then i get itv but no bbc????

Hang about mate!!

BBC1 BBC2 etc is on 28E not 19E. You can't use a monoblock for 28E and 13E.

The 6 degree monoblock is mainly for 19E + 13E.

If you want to do 28E +13E, you could try a Satplus clipsat, but possibly wont have a wide enough range. Probable best to get two separate LNBs and a universal bracket.
