Hi. Can I use Ambit 256 e08c013.00 (from Virgin) cable modem in ADSL line? I couldn’t find any information about that modem working line frequencies? Please Help!

Simple answer... no, you cannot. ADSL modems use a phone line whereas cable (or DSL) modems require a coaxial cable. However, I believe you can get a fiber optic connection from Virgin Media and use a modem they supply.
