Hi guys, im using a DM 500s with my own $ky card. I can get most of the channels that i pay for except the sports channels. They work fine on my official box, just not my dreambox. I know the card is decoding ok cause if i remove it on $ky 1 the picture freezes. Any ideas?

Just guessing as I don't have Sky or a Dreambox, but the Sky sports channels are premium channels and the card is paired with the official Sky box. I would guess that you have to somehow get the boxkey from the official receiver and put in some file somewhere.

Well i put my card in my technomate my sub channels came on dont know bout dreambox not tried it on that box yet

yup, ive got my box key, input it in to the cccam.cfg file. Like i said it unscrambles $k1, just not $ky sports.

And are you sure that you have it correct?

It sounds like a BK issue, try using OScam instead, apparently you do not need the BK

HI guys, i got it working now, wrong bk.....

My other prob is that when i do a auto scan, it picks up s sports 1,2 & 3, but if i select 2 or 3 it just shows sports 1, any ideas why?

Had this issue before with the open media 500 cs

Manual entry for the above channels will solve that issue.

Visit kingofsat.net

and run a manual scan for sky sports 2 & 3
