If it has an rf Out you can use that. i.e you set in the box the rf channel to use and then you tune into it at the other end.

If no rf output is provided, then you can use a modulator, which feeds from a scart or possibly Composite video and audio RCA connectors and modulates an rf carrier.

The box appears to have a TV connector on it. That, in itself does not mean that the box has a built-in modulator, but it is possible. If it does, you would be able to watch whatever is coming out of the scart, through an aerial cable, on an analogue TV, via the TV connector. The receiver would have the option of setting the deisred RF channel to use.

I've done this using an rf modulator off eBay (£10) on my SV HD Combo.
The combo had HD out to TV, then scart out to modulator which then fed a coax cable that connected to my TV in the bedroom.
I also used a TV sender just so that I could use the SV remote in the bedroom too. All works a treat.

very similar to what i did,, but i used a 10 metre hdmi and hdmi splitter (which i found would only feed one source at a time)you need an amplified hdmi splitter for two sources.,,, but the video sender was a good idea (b and q not cheap one) so i can get hd quality on the bedroom tv, but basically reiss hasthe right idea if u dont have hd tvs everywhere, i do of course!! next one is for the bathroom.....

lol regards dave

Hi,
Sorry I did not get back with info, hit the pub last night...

I will check settings today and post back info.

No need for fancy equipment just coaxil cable connected to SV - TV/VCR socket with female fitting and connected to other TV RF in.

Adust SV settings and tune other telly to recieve signal, picture quality very good.

I have 2 in the bedrooms working lik this with no probs

Promise I will post exact settings this afternoon when I get home

Hi All,
Just checked settings and if you want to connect another tv or video recorder to your SV box set up as follows....

CONNECT NEW COAXIL CABLE WITH FEMAL CONNECTION TO TV / VCR MALE OUTPUT CONNECTION
RUN CABLE TO OTHER TV / VCR AND CONNECT WITH MALE ( STANDARD ARIAL CONNECTION ) TO ANALOG / ARIAL INPUT

NOW USING SV REMOTE SELECT MENU, THEN SCROLL ALONG TO CONTROL PANNEL AND PRESS OK

CHANGE SETTINGS TO THE FOLLOWING:

TV Type - PAL
UHF CHANNEL - 40 ( CAN BE ANTHYNING BUT PRE SET TO 40 )
VHF STANDARD - PAL I ( IMPORTANT OR NO SOUND )

ALL OTHER SETTINGS LEAVE AS IS

TUNE YOUR OTHER TV TO CHANNEL 40 OR JUST DO FULL SCAN
PICTURE WILL COME UP, PROMISE
IF NO SOUND CHECK SETTINGS

HOPE THIS HELPS
TAZ
